Have you considered leading a study abroad program?
Could you incorporate study abroad into your course?

Well, it's time to start planning for your faculty-led study abroad program! If you are interested in leading a study abroad program this year, please know that the application process has changed just a bit!

You must complete the Short Term Program Proposal and Short Term Program Budget Sheet by March 30th for any program you wish to organize the following academic year. So, for example a proposal for a winter-break program traveling in December 2018 would be due March 2018, and a summer program traveling in June of 2019 would also be due March 2018.

If you want help organizing or customizing a program, please see our list of approved affiliate providers in the Mercer University Study Abroad Advising Guide. All documents - the Proposal Form, Budget Sheet, and Advising Guide - can be found under Faculty Resources in the main menu.

The Office of International Programs is grateful to our faculty members who offer these opportunities for our students to ENGAGE THE WORLD! We look forward to receiving your proposal soon! And remember, we are here to assist you from the very beginning of this process, so please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Please note that all programs traveling internationally are required to register with the Office of International Programs. If you have any questions about your international program or travel, please contact the Office of International Programs.
